New user:

The user is the way the terminal announces itself to the system.
One terminal can be used by several employees, or just by one.

There are 3 types of user logins:
- terminal use: login for the terminal with multiple employees doing registrations on it.
- employee use: login for the terminal for use by one employee: personal settings.
- functional use: login for a specific job to be done; like administration of the system.

User = Terminal:
- this is a terminal that is logged in with a general "terminal" name and according presets.
- the terminal is used by more people, often because they do the same kind of work in the same place.
- there is no need to keep them from seeing each others data.
- example: registration in an office, workplace, etc.; terminal login is "office", "workplace", ..

User = Employee:
- this is an employee wich has his own terminal-user login, and gets personal presets (*)
- mostly office workers, who have their own personal computer
- who have some specific functions, to be distinct from the possibilities of other users.
- example: employee who does registration of his own worktime, but does also some of the "registration management" or "other processing".

User = Person:
- a personal user login for someone.
- no need for own time registration as employee, so there are no presets for that.
- example: person who does system maintenance, general manager.

Administration: User Management A "user" of the system is a terminal login.
Add User - password if needed
- default group to get preset values right

Tip:
If the group does not exist, make a new group in keytable management
(*) If the terminal user login is made to fit one employee, you can make a "1 user = 1 employee" group, to be able to adjust presets.
